Cancellation Policy

Most services require a 25% non-refundable deposit at the time of booking. This deposit goes toward the cost of your service & secures your appointment. Deposits are non-refundable, but if you need to reschedule please provide at least 48 hours notice so your deposit is transferred to your new appointment date. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 48 hours notice will forfeit the deposit. To reschedule or cancel within 48 hours of your appointment, please contact us directly at (701) 450-8396 or FullSpectrumHairStudio@gmail.com. Online cancellation is available anytime, but online rescheduling is only available more than 48 hours before your appointment. Cancellations or rescheduling with less than 48 hours notice may also be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service total. No-shows may be charged 100% of the scheduled service total. Your deposit will be applied towards this fee, with any remaining balance charged separately. Appointments more than 15 minutes late may need to be shortened, rescheduled, or treated as a late cancellation depending on the service and remaining availability.
